14)開眼の副作用◆Side effects of spiritual awakening

2週間半程前から又開眼の副作用があり、今徐々に引き始めていると思われる。
初め開眼の副作用があったのは、2ヶ月程前。この時は、頭が冴えてなかなか寝付かれなかったのが一週間位、普通の夢なのに毎回見る夢がいやに鮮やかだったのが二週間位。夢はまだいいが、日中は肉体的に活動しているので、寝疲れない方は続くと少々辛いものがある。寝不足、夜更かしも手伝っているのだろうが、こんな経験は初めてだった。
しかもこの時自分にとって一番顕著と思われた症状は、寝ている時、疲れているのに頭が冴えてしまっているのと同様、目は閉じているのに目が冴えてしまっていた？ まぶたは確実に閉じているのに、カッと目を見開いているような感覚が一晩中あった事。肉体的には目を閉じているが霊体は開いているつもり、霊の方が肉体に優った状態になっていたのかもしれない。ただしこの目の症状は一晩位。
これらは自然消滅したが、詳しい方によると、開眼したためこのような症状を私は何回か今年経験するらしい…(^_^;)
2回目の今回は、その出始め直前にアナウンス？が意識の中で聞こえた。「副作用又来るよ」と。その日は、なんだか知らないけど軽く変な疲れがあった日。その変な疲れは数日続いた。真夏のように暑い日があったからと思えるかもしれないが、暑くなる前から始まった。
その他に、例の、疲れているのに夜は何だか寝れない。寝れるけれど眠りが浅い。それか何度か目覚める。前回の時はなかなか眠れず、疲れも取れなかったが、今回の場合は、夜中なんだか頭が普通に冴えていて眠れないのは同じだが、疲れた感覚がない事が多かった。目だけは疲れているので目は閉じていても、頭はほぼ普通に目覚めているので、色々と考え事などしたりしていた。そして、翌朝目覚めた時は、若干うだうだしているが、疲れが取れていない、という感覚はない。
もう一つ同じ頃から、空腹感がさほど感じられなくなった。その最初の時にかなりおなかいっぱいに食べてしまった関係もあるかもしれないが。この症状は一週間半位続いた。
前回の時は、寝不足？による疲れがなかなか取れなかったので、又そのような症状は辛いと思っていたが、毎回全く同じ症状や結果になるとは限らない事がこれで判明、ちょっと気が楽になった。
I have been having the side effects of my spiritual awakening again from about 2 1/2 weeks ago, and it seems to be fading gradually now.
The first time I had these kind of side effects was about 2 months ago, At that time, I had difficulty sleeping due to my mind being wide awake which went on for about one week, and having normal dreams in content but yet were so vivid, which went on for about 2 weeks. The dreams were not that bad, but not being able to sleep was rather tough since you're doing various activities physically during the day. I may have had such symptoms because of lack of sleep or staying up late at nights, but I have never had such symptoms before.
And the symptom which I thought was most prominent happened when I was sleeping. Just as my mind was wide awake and couldn't sleep, my eyes were shut but yet they were awake. My eyelids were definitely closed but my eyes were as if they were widely open. It may be because physically my eyes were closed but my spirit eyes were open and my spirit body was being prioritised and I experienced this strange symptom for about one night.
All these symptoms faded away naturally, but according to a person who knows about these kind of things, it seems I will experience such symptoms a few times this year, being awakened spiritually...(^_^;)
With this second time, I heard an "announcement" in my head just before this side effect started saying, "the side effects will come again." That day, I had a funny kind of tiredness, and this tiredness lasted for a few days. You may think it's because it has been hot then, but actually, this tiredness started before it became hot.
Other than that, I had those sleepless nights, tired but couldn't sleep, I could sleep, but not deep enough, or perhaps wake up a few times during my sleep. Last time when I had this, I couldn't sleep well and my tiredness didn't go away, but this time, my mind being awake and finding it difficult to sleep was the same but many a times I didn't feel that tired. My eyes were closed because my eyes were tired, but my mind was widely awake as in daytime so I spent my time thinking about all sorts of things. I was being a bit lazy in the morning when I woke up, but didn't have the feeling that my tiredness was still there.
One more thing, around the same time, I didn't feel that hungry, although it could do with eating rather fully at the beginning of this. This symptom continued for about a week and a half.
When I had these side effects last time, I couldn't get rid off my tiredness because of lack of sleep (?) so I felt such symptoms were tough, but I found out that it doesn't mean that I will have exactly the same symptoms and results each time, so that made me feel better.
