④怒りを解決しないで寝る◆Going to bed without resolving anger

夫君の話を出して来るのは本人に申し訳ないのですが…先日、夫は怒ったまま寝てしまいました。私はもう少し経ってから床に就きました。寝室に入った途端、小さな衝撃を受けました。

夫は既に寝ていたのですが、その寝息がかなりいつもとは違っていたからです。もの凄く荒く、疲れた時の深くて苦しそうな寝息に似てはいたけれど、もっと荒いもの。

そんな苦しそうな寝息を聞いて感じました。もしかして怒りのために体内に蓄積してしまった悪いものを、肉体が吐き出そうと頑張っているのかなあ、と。熱が高い時なども同じように深くて荒い寝息になるので、それも同じ事なのかなあ、とも思いました。

激しい怒りとまではいかなかったので、翌朝の夫は、少々疲れた顔はしていたけれども、怒りはおさまっていました。夜の間に、魂の助けを得て？肉体が一生懸命悪いものを吐き出してくれた成果をみました。(夫の肉体、よく頑張ったね (>_<) )

どちらにしろ、肉体と魂に余計なエネルギーを使わせてしまう。やっぱり怒りは出てこないない方がいい

Perhaps it may not be nice really, talking about my husband....but the other day, he went to bed still being angry. I went to bed a little later after him. When I went into our bedroom, I had a small shock.

My husband was already asleep, but it was his breathing. It was different than usual. He was breathing very heavily. It sounded very like that of when he was tired, when he breathes heavily and hard, but it was even more heavier than that.

Listening to such hard breathing, I felt that perhaps his body was trying to spew out all the bad things accumulated inside his body because of his anger. This breathing also sounded quite the same as when you had a high fever so I felt perhaps something similar happens there as well.

Since my husband's anger was not a fierce one, the following morning, although he looked a bit tired, his anger had settled down. I saw the wonderful result of how his body, with the help of his spirit (?), had spewed out alll the bad things in his body. My dear husband's body, you've really done a good job (>_<)

In any case, anger will make your body and the spirit use unnecessary energy, It's better there would be no anger at all,..
